Tokyo, 30^th September, 2005 -CSK CORPORATION (NASDAQ:CSKKY) (CSK) wishes to notify its ADR holders that it received a notice from Nasdaq on September 23, 2005 as a result of CSK's announcement of its pending transition to a holding company structure.

The notice stated that;

"CSK must apply for listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market and meet all initial listing criteria in order to continue to trade its ADRs after the pending transaction. CSK may continue to be eligible to trade on the pink sheets after the pending transaction. In order to do so, CSK would need to reapply to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) in order to maintain its exempt filing status under Rule 12(g)3-2(b)."

CSK intends to maintain its exempt filing status under Rule 12(g)3-2(b).
