Tokyo, November 30, 2004 -CSK CORPORATION ("CSK") today announced the result of a share repurchase pursuant to Article 211, Clause 3, Section 1-1 of the Commercial Code. This completes the repurchase of CSK shares held by subsidiary companies, as resolved at a meeting of CSK's Board of Directors held on November 11, 2004.
