TOKYO, August 5, 2004 - CSK CORPORATION ("CSK") today withdrew legal action it had been filing with the Tokyo District Court regarding a third party allocation of new shares by Bellsystem24 Inc.
The legal actions that have been withdrawn are as follows:
- Filing for a provisional injunction to halt actions that contravene articles of incorporation
- Filing for provisional injunctions to prohibit the exercise of voting rights
- Filing for appointment of an inspector of corporate operations and assets
