TOKYO, August 4, 2004 - CSK CORPORATION ("CSK") stated that an immediate appeal filed by CSK with the Tokyo High Court against the dismissal of a petition for a provisional injunction prohibiting issuance of new shares by capital increase through third party allocation of new shares by Bellsystem24 Inc. was dismissed earlier today and that the holding of the Tokyo High Court is extremely regrettable.
CSK is of the stance that it will demonstrate and clarify the validity of its allegations through such as filing a petition for a provisional injunction prohibiting the exercise of voting rights.
