Tokyo, May 31, 2004 - CSK CORPORATION ("CSK") today announced the result of a share repurchase that took place under Article 211, Clause 3, Section 1-1 of the Commercial Code. This completes the repurchase of CSK shares held by subsidiary companies, as resolved at a meeting of CSK's board of directors held on May 13, 2004.
