TOKYO, August 7, 2003 - At a meeting on August 7, 2003 the board of directors of CSK CORPORATION ("CSK") agreed on the appointment of an executive officer, a reform initiative relating to IT outsourcing, and a personnel transfer. Details are as follows:

II. Reform initiative (from September 1, 2003)
Establishment of IT Outsourcing Development Division
CSK is establishing an IT Outsourcing Development Division with the aim of expanding the scope of its IT outsourcing business, which offers services ranging from the management of customers' existing IT systems through to systems reconstruction.
This initiative will strengthen collaboration between CSK and CSK Network Systems and allow the provision of services that combine the best features of both companies, including the close customer contacts developed through CSK's onsite services, and the remote servicing capabilities of CSK Network Systems.
III. Personnel transfer (from September 1, 2003)
