Tokyo, July 3, 2006 - CSK Holdings Corporation ("CSK") announced today that the CSK Board of Corporate Auditors had resolved in its meeting today to appoint a temporary accounting auditor, based on the provisions of Article 346 paragraphs 4 and 6 of the Corporate Law. The details of the appointment are as follows:
1. Reason for appointment
On May 10, 2006, CSK's accounting auditor, Chuo Aoyama Audit Corporation, was suspended from operating its business in Japan by the Financial Services Agency for a two-month period from July 1 to August 31, 2006. Consequently, Chuo Aoyama was disqualified from serving as CSK's accounting auditor on July 1, 2006, in accordance with the provisions of Article 337 paragraph 3 item 1 of the Corporate Law. In line with this development, CSK has decided to appoint the following temporary accounting auditor, in order to maintain its accounting auditing system and avoid a situation in which it no longer had an accounting auditor.

4. Other pertinent information
CSK's policy is to continuously explore ways to maintain and improve its auditing standard, and accordingly, when changes occur to its accounting auditor system such as this additional appointment of a temporary accounting auditor, CSK wishes to disclose them in a timely manner.
This appointment is of a temporary nature. CSK plans, therefore, to table a resolution to appoint a new accounting auditor at the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2007.
