Tokyo, October 3, 2005 - CSK CORPORATION ("CSK") changed its registered company name to CSK HOLDINGS CORPORATION ("CSK Holdings") on October 1, 2005, and began operations as the holding company of CSK Group.
CSK Holdings aims to maximize the corporate value of the entire Group by realizing a highly transparent and straightforward Group management for customers, shareholders and other stakeholders, and through pursuing expertise and creativity in each Group company. By leveraging the unified strength of the Group via the creation of new services that benefit client companies and industry sectors and contribute to society, CSK Holdings intends to lead the Group towards a new position as a comprehensive service provider that is highly valued by its clients and by society.
The change of company name to CSK Holdings Corporation and the shift to a holding company structure was decided at a meeting of the board of directors on May 17, 2005 and received approval at the 37th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28, 2005.
