The CSK Group's management policy is to realize highly transparent management of the group and to pursue specialization and creativity for the purpose of maximizing the corporate value through the management of the group as one body. Purpose and Basic Stance of IR Activities
In performing the IR activities, CSK-HD will make a sincere response at any time and fairly, timely and appropriately provide correct information concerning CSK-HD's management strategy and financial situation so that the market players such as shareholders, investors, and securities analysts will correctly understand information, the purpose of which is to be trusted and properly evaluated by the market players.

Rules on Disclosure
CSK-HD will disclose information according to the laws related to the Securities and Exchange Law and the Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuer of Listed Security and the Like (hereinafter called the "Rules on Timely Disclosure"). In addition, CSK-HD will positively disclose such information as deemed useful for understanding CSK-HD even if the information does not fall under the Rules on Timely Disclosure.

Disclosing Method
Any information that falls under the Rules of Timely Disclosure is disclosed in principle through the Timely Disclosure Information Communication System (hereinafter called "TD-NET") provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Information is also announced to news media mostly through the press club in the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Kabuto Club). In addition to information announced as above, any information that is deemed useful for understanding CSK-HD is placed on CSK-HD's web site. Disclosed documents including financial statements and semiannual reports are disclosed through the Electronic Disclosure for Investors' Network (EDINET).

Users are requested to utilize information on CSK-HD's web site understanding that it may include expressions different from those in information disclosed by other means or may be changed or deleted without prior notice. It should be noted that not all information is always placed on CSK-HD's web site.

Quiet Period
In order to prevent leakage of corporate information and for the fairness of information disclosure, CSK-HD fixed a period from the day following the quarterly settlement date to the date of disclosure of the quarterly settlement as the Quiet Period, during which CSK-HD refrains from answering questions concerning the settlement of accounts or the prospect of business results, or from making comments on the related matters. However, if a possibility of a material change in the prospect of business results arises, it will be disclosed according to the Rules on Timely Disclosure.
