We are taking steps to build understanding of our compliance and CSR policy throughout our organization, as part of which we have provided opportunity for e-learning and distributed quick reference cards to all board members and employees. |

Preamble |

As a comprehensive service provider, CSK Group aims to continue to create and provide services to support the sound and sustainable growth of its clients, industry and society as a whole. CSK Group's mission is to fulfill its social responsibility and contribute to the development of society as a whole through its business activities.
To achieve this mission, CSK Group has formulated the CSK Group Business Conduct Guidelines and CSK Group Board Member and Employee Behavior Standards. All Group companies, board members and employees shall comply with and actively fulfill these requirements.

Legal Compliance |

| CSK Group shall comply with the law and international rules, and act with common social decency. |

| (1) |
CSK Group board members and employees shall at all times comply with the law and international rules, and shall not act in an illegal manner. |

| (2) |
All board members and employees of CSK Group shall maintain their integrity, at all times consider whether their behavior is socially appropriate and act as socially responsible individuals. |

| (3) |
Board members and employees shall comply with all corporate rules and regulations. |
|
| (4) |
In conducting international business activities, board members and employees shall comply with local laws and respect local culture and customs. |
|
| (5) |
If any action that board members or employees are about to take may contravene any laws, rules or other compliance regulations, or if board members or employees notice any breach thereof, the matter shall be reported to the superior or department responsible. |

| CSK Group shall act properly, contribute to the development of industry, contribute to society by conducting appropriate activities for fulfilling its roles and responsibilities, and work actively on protection of the environment, a problem shared by the entire human race. |

Board members and employees shall act with the awareness that they should continue to contribute to the development of society through their business activities. |

Basic Rules for Dealing with Clients |

| As a service provider, CSK Group shall at all times provide safe and high quality services that satisfy clients and contribute to raising their productivity. |

Board members and employees shall at all times consider CSK's business from the clients' viewpoint, maintain safety in all business procedures, and provide high quality services. |

Board members and employees shall at all times seek to raise clients' productivity by creating new value. |

Board members and employees shall fully perform all contracts with clients, vendors and other parties, and make every effort to maintain the trust of these parties. |

Information Disclosure |

| CSK Group shall disclose information in a timely, legal, and proper manner, by appropriate and fair means, to all of its shareholders and investors, clients and vendors. |

Corporate information shall be disclosed according to applicable rules after the departments and divisions concerned have considered its content, timing of disclosure and post-disclosure handling. |

If an employee receives an inquiry from a client, vendor or other for corporate information and is not certain whether such information has been disclosed or not, the employee shall ask a superior or the departments or divisions concerned before answering such inquiry. |

If any inside information regarding the company has come to any employee's knowledge, such employee shall not engage in any transaction of shares or other securities of the company unless such information is publicly announced. |

Strict Control Over Confidential Information / Protection of Personal Information |

| In order to protect the information assets* of clients and CSK Group, the company shall make the utmost effort to control confidential information and protect personal information. |

The information assets of clients and CSK Group shall be maintained and administered in a proper manner. |

The information assets of clients and CSK Group shall not be used for purposes other than business purposes. |

Confidential information shall not be disclosed or leaked to any third party without permission from CSK Group. |

| (4) |
Employees shall keep and protect personal information, recognizing the value of personal information and in accordance with the laws and internal rules. |

*Information assets include information, information systems, and anything necessary to manage, administer or use such information. Included in this definition are hardware, software, network and recording media, and any information, knowledge, expertise, etc. acquired through business activities. |

Intellectual Property Management |

| CSK acknowledges the value and importance of, and shall make all efforts to protect, all intellectual properties (patents, copyrights, utility model rights, design rights, trademarks, expertise etc.) created by the Group and shall respect the intellectual property of other companies (and individuals). |

Group board members and employees shall actively create intellectual property that will contribute to the company's profits and make all efforts to protect and maintain such intellectual property in accordance with the Group's internal rules and procedures. |

When developing and selling products, and providing services, Group board members and employees shall respect the intellectual property of other companies (and individuals), and shall not purposely infringe on their rights or wrongfully use their intellectual property. |

Working Environment and Safety |

| CSK Group shall make every effort to create a working environment that allows board members and employees to fully realize their capabilities, and shall construct and maintain a crisis management system for responding to the occurrence of disaster. |

Board members and employees shall respect the human rights and individuality of others and shall not conduct any discriminative acts. |

Board members and employees shall not conduct any act of sexual harassment, violate the privacy of others or act to disrupt the working environment. |

The management shall observe labor-related laws and pay attention to the mental and physical health of employees. |
|
| (4) |
In order to improve business efficiency and sanitation and safety in the workplace, all efforts shall be made to keep the workplace clean and tidy. |

In the event of a disaster, board members and employees shall place highest priority on saving human life, and shall at all times foster awareness of and preparedness for disaster. |

Exchange of Gifts and Entertainment |

| CSK Group prohibits such acts as giving bribes to government officials or others, or giving or receiving gifts or business entertainment that deviates from normal business practice. |

Board members and employees shall entertain clients and/or vendors in accordance with corporate rules and in moderation. |

Board members and employees shall not give gifts to or entertain clients or vendors, or receive gifts or be entertained by them in a manner that exceeds commonly accepted social standards. |

| (3) |
Board members and employees shall not offer or give bribes to members of the Diet, heads of local public organizations, assemblymen or women, officials or personnel of government or municipal offices or other public offices (including those considered to be public servants and public servants of foreign countries) or others. |

Disavowal of Anti-Social Elements |

| CSK Group shall directly stand firmly against supporting any anti-social group or person that threatens the order or security of civil society. |

Board members and employees shall at no time be coerced by, pay money to, or engage the services of any anti-social group or person, and shall act with the firm intent of dismissing such coercion. |

Board members and employees shall not order any subscriptions to magazines or merchandise from any anti-social group or person. |
|
| (3) |
If approached by a suspicious organization, board members and employees shall not make any decision on their own but rather shall consult a superior or the department or division concerned. |
