My name is Takeshi Nakanishi and I have been recently named as the new president of CSK HOLDINGS CORP.

Struck by the full force of the poor economic environment that has continued since last year, the real estate securitization business suffered a large appraisal loss forcing the Company to record a large loss last year and worsening the Company's financial position. With the cooperation of our trade banks and other parties the Company has completely withdrawn from the real estate securitization business and put its business back on a solid financial foundation. We have taken this opportunity to renovate the Company management system and make a fresh start as the new CSK Group.

The CSK Group is utilizing the business resources, including technological prowess, customer base, and personnel, it has accumulated over many years to accelerate the growth of the Information Services Corporate Group. Going forward, the CSK Group will actively promote alliances with a wide range of parties including those overseas, further raise the level of its technical prowess, and improve corporate value to strengthen its business fundamentals.

In addition, the CSK Group will utilize to the maximum its Group strengths to strengthen cooperation among Group companies, give birth to high value-added advanced services, and strengthen its support of customer management restructuring and business renovation.
